amazing stay!
filtered water easy walk friendly staff
i loved that filtered water was available for refilling water bottles! the location is great. it's an easy walk to the ocean and many fantastic restaurants. the staff members were so friendly and very efficient!!!
the shower's water temperature wasn't consistent. it fluctuated rapidly from hot to cold. i had to keep adjusting it during showers and wait for the water to readjust.

the staff provided excellent assistance with directions and recommendations. they were quick to address any concerns. i watched staff assist guests with luggage and provide prompt check-in services.

the hotel's location allowed for easy access to nearby attractions. restaurants and shops are within walking distance from the hotel. the proximity to the beach made morning walks convenient.

lovely location with a balcony
comfortable bed relaxing pool
i loved having a balcony overlooking the ocean i could easily walk to the children's pool and la jolla cove to see the seals the bed was comfortable i found the staff friendly and the pool area quite relaxing and clean.
during my stay, i discovered i was charged for parking i wasn't explicitly told about upon arrival this unexpected fee was an unpleasant surprise, especially since i could have parked on the street for free nearby.

the beautiful room included one king bed and a balcony located on an upper floor it had sufficient space for a very comfortable stay i liked the view of the surroundings from up high.

the front desk offered quick responses to questions and requests i needed the staff readily offered suggestions for local attractions and dining options they looked dedicated to ensuring a positive guest experience.
